What this shows: every creative in your Clients-space lists that is actively in production —
Approved, Sent to graphic designer or Sent to video editor.
Idea-stage, Testing and Top-performing creatives are excluded from the default view (toggle “Show Idea & Testing” to reveal the first two).
Days since last → Testing (top figure and the per-client panel) counts up from when each client’s newest creative reached the Testing stage,
derived from that task’s creation date since the “Total time in Status” ClickApp isn’t enabled — enable it in ClickUp for exact status-change timing.
Per-client colour: green ≤ 14 days, amber ≤ 30, red beyond. The two windows break the active production tasks down by owner and by client;
click Active tasks in production to list every one.
To pull fresh data, say “refresh the ad creative tracker.”
